Tracks

Pick the track that fits you

Each track is built around one discipline, because six weeks spread across everything teaches nothing properly.

PHP and WordPress

Themes, hooks, custom post types, plugin basics and WooCommerce - where most web work in Jaipur actually is.

React and front-end

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React components, API integration and responsive, accessible interfaces.

Shopify and ecommerce

Liquid templating, sections, theme customisation and how an online store is actually structured.

UI/UX design

Figma, components, responsive layout, design systems and handoff to developers.

SEO and content

Keyword and intent research, on-page optimisation, technical audits and how ranking is actually measured.

Digital marketing

Google Ads and Meta fundamentals, GA4, campaign structure and reporting that leads with outcomes.

What to expect

What this internship is, and what it is not

Most internship experiences disappoint for the same reasons. Here is the honest picture before you apply.

Real work from week two

After onboarding you take real tickets on real projects, with your work reviewed before it ships.

A mentor, not a supervisor

One senior developer or designer is responsible for your progress and sits with you when you are stuck.

Weekly code review

The single most useful thing an internship can give you, and the one most skip.

Not a paid job

This is a learning programme. Where a stipend applies we state it clearly upfront - we do not use interns as free delivery capacity.

Not a certificate mill

You will be expected to turn up, commit code and take feedback. People who treat it as a formality do not finish.

A real hiring route

We hire from our intern pool when junior roles open. It is not guaranteed, but it is the most common way people join us.

How it runs

Your first weeks, step by step

  1. 01

    Apply

Send your CV with something you have built - a repository, a live page, a Figma file. That is the part we read first.

  2. 02

    Short call

A conversation about what you know, what you want to learn and which track fits. We will tell you honestly if you are not ready yet.

  3. 03

    Onboarding week

Environment setup, Git, our workflow and a small guided task so you learn the tools before the pressure.

  4. 04

    Project work

Real tickets on live projects with your mentor, reviewed weekly. Scope grows as you show you can handle it.

  5. 05

    Review and next steps

A written assessment of your strengths and gaps, a certificate, a portfolio piece - and a conversation about a junior role if there is one open.

Who should apply

What we look for

Students and freshers

BCA, MCA, B.Tech, design students, or self-taught - the qualification matters less than the work.

Something you built

A small live project or repository. It does not need to be impressive, it needs to be yours.

Able to ask

People who say "I do not understand this" on day one learn three times faster than people who guess.

Real availability

Consistent hours across the programme. Two days a week around exams does not work.

Internship FAQ

Questions applicants actually ask

Programmes typically run for a few months depending on the track and your availability. Exact duration, timings and start dates are confirmed when you apply, because they change with the intake.

It is primarily a learning programme rather than a job. Where a stipend applies for a particular track or intake, we say so clearly before you commit - and we do not use interns as unpaid delivery capacity.

You need the basics of the track you are applying for - HTML, CSS and some JavaScript for front-end, basic PHP for the WordPress track, Figma familiarity for design. And something you have built, however small.

Yes, on completion, along with a written assessment of your strengths and gaps. The portfolio piece and the reference will matter more in an interview than the certificate does.

It is the most common way people join our team, but it is not guaranteed - it depends on your performance and on whether a junior role is open at the time. We will always be straight with you about which of those is the blocker.

In our Jaipur office. Sitting with a mentor and getting your code reviewed across a desk is most of the value, and it does not translate well to remote for someone starting out.

Yes, a structured PHP, MySQL and Laravel course taught by our own developers. Some people take the training first and then apply for the internship; others come straight to the internship.
