Twenty to thirty minutes on what you have worked on, what you want to get better at, and the salary band - stated by us, upfront.

A practical task
A small, paid, realistic task with a sensible deadline. No week-long unpaid assignments and no trick puzzles.

Meet the team
You meet the people you would work with day to day, and get to ask them anything without a manager in the room.

Offer and onboarding
A written offer, then a first month paired with a senior and a clear picture of what good looks like at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Yes, through junior roles, our internship programme and our PHP training route. What we look for from a fresher is something you have actually built and can explain - a small live project beats a long list of course names.
Our teams are office-based in Jaipur, with flexibility for individual circumstances. Client-facing roles need reliable overlap with IST working hours at minimum.
